Calculation of the Residual Sum of Squares w.r.t. unlist(W)

Usage

rss_nn(vecw, W = NULL, O = NULL, Y = NULL, k = 0, linear = 1, softmax = 0)

Arguments

vecw	= unlist(W)
W	List of Weight Matrices
O	List of Output Matrices
Y	Y matrix
k	The layer number The output of the layers greater or equal to k will be calculated.
linear	= 0 to apply sigmoid functions to the last layer.
softmax	Not Yet Available
