Calculation of the Output of Each Layer

Usage

output(W, O, k = 2, linear = 1, softmax = 0)

Arguments

W

List of Weight Matrices

O

List of Output Matrices

k

The layer number
The output of the layers greater or equal to k will be calculated.

linear

= 0 to apply sigmoid functions to the last layer.

softmax
