Calculation of the Jacobian Matrix: - d c(Yhat) / d unlist(W)

Usage

Jac_nn_a2(vecW, W, O, k = 0, linear = 1, softmax = 0, attr = 1, ...)

Arguments

W

List of Weight Matrices

O

List of Output Matrices

k

The layer number
The output of the layers greater or equal to k will be calculated.

linear

= 0 to apply sigmoid functions to the last layer.

softmax

Not Yet Available

attr

= 0 to attach no attribute.

...

Not Used. (Just to absorb those arguments not used in this func.)

vecw

= unlist(W)
