Find Function Calls in an Expression

Description

Find Function Calls in an Expression

Usage

FindFuncs(expr, funcname, print = 0)

Arguments

expr

an expression or a string

funcname

function name to search in a string

print

= 1 to print the result

Value

a data frame containing the following:

 fpnum   parent function number
 flevel  level of the function
 from    the location of 'funcname' in expr
 to      the location of the ending parenthesis
 body    body of the function w/o parens

Examples

FindFuncs( "t(A%*%B)+B(A)+t(C%*%(D+E))", "B" )
FindFuncs( "t(A%*%B)+B(A)+t(C%*%(D+E))", "t" )
