lazy.stat: Collection of useful statistical tools for lazy boys and girls

Description

This package provides the following categories of functions:

Spline Functions

• bs: Generate B Spline Basis

• find_best_sp: Find the Best Subset of Spline Regression
  This uses "regsubsets" function of "leaps" package.

• predict_sp: Predicting from Spline Regression

• ps: Generate Piecewise Spline Basis

• spline_expand: Generate Spline Basis

• spreg: Spline Regression Analysis: Regress y on spline expanded univariate regressor variable x

• data2029rt Proportion of those who are in their 20s..

Regression Functions

• nnreg: Non-negative or Ordered Regression

• mlsreg: (Weighted) Monotone Least Squares Regression of y on x

• mbinreg: Monotone Binary Regression of (f, n) on x

Distribution Functions

• dst, pst,: Univariate t distribution with location and scale parameters.

• lcDmc, dlcDmc, plcDmc, qlcDmc: Distribution of the linear combination of a Dirichlet variable

• rbin: Binomial Random Numbers
