Beta Distribution in min < x < max

Usage

dgbeta(x, paramab, rangex, paramms = NULL)

rgbeta(n, paramab, rangex, paramms = NULL)

Arguments

x

A vector consisting of the random variable.

paramab

A vector consisting of a and b parameters.

rangex

A vector consisting of min and max of the random variable.

paramms

A vector consisting of the mean and the std parameters.
This has precedence over paramab.

n

# of random numbers to be generated

Details

x is in (minx-margin,maxx+margin) and y is usual beta in (0,1)
x=(maxx-minx+2*margin)*y + minx-margin
y=(x-minx+margin)/(maxx-minx+2*margin)
