Plot Tree with Different Hieght and Labels
plot_tree(obj = NULL, large = 0, height = "step", useid = 1, labels = NULL, hang = -1, ...)
obj |
An class hclust object |
large |
= 1 to plot large non abbreviated full tree |
height |
= "step" to use fusion step number as the height |
useid |
= 0 to use original numeric observation numbers as labels |
labels |
A vector consisting new labels of the objects |
hang |
= An option to plot.hclust |
... |
Additional options to plot.hclust |
When the result of dhclust is used to draw a tree, if useid=1 is specified, the value of id specified by id= option of dhclust will be used as the labels.
