Description

Plot Tree with Different Hieght and Labels

Usage

plot_tree(obj = NULL, large = 0, height = "step", useid = 1,
  labels = NULL, hang = -1, ...)

Arguments

obj	An class hclust object
large	= 1 to plot large non abbreviated full tree
height	= "step" to use fusion step number as the height = "rss" to use rss as the height = "m2llh" to use minus twice the log likelihood (normal) = "" to use default height
useid	= 0 to use original numeric observation numbers as labels = 1 to use id variable stored in hclust object, if any
labels	A vector consisting new labels of the objects
hang	= An option to plot.hclust
...	Additional options to plot.hclust

Details

When the result of dhclust is used to draw a tree, if useid=1 is specified, the value of id specified by id= option of dhclust will be used as the labels.
