Convert fusion history matrix to a class hclust object

Description

When maxclustersize == 1, this program just copies necessary info into class hclust structure.
Othereise, this program takes care of the unfinished bottom clusters,
and creates two class hclust object, one for short tree and one for large.

Usage

convert2hclust(fusionh, maxclustersize, allsame, bottom, bottoml, ndiv, nolarge,
  print)

Arguments

fusionh	fusion history matrix
maxclustersize	max # of obs in a cluster
allsame	= 1 if any of the cluster consists of identical observations
bottom	bottom level cluster info
bottoml	bottom level cluster info
ndiv	how may clusters to create
nolarge	= 1 to skip the creation of large tree
print	= 1 to print the result
